1. How can I place my order?

2. How do I track my order?

Simply click on <Trace My Parcel> and enter your tracking code to trace your parcel. Delivery time to East Malaysia is normally within 1 - 5 working days, West Malaysia takes around 3 - 7 working days.  

3. When will I receive my  order?

Upon payment, you will receive your goods within 1-10 business days (Domestic) / 1-14 business days (International).

4. Are all the products available?

All products are ready stock.

5. How do I return my goods?

  • Check validity of return.
  • Fill in online return form.
  • Courier it to us at “30-2, 2nd Floor, Beverly Hills Plaza, Jln Bundusan, Penampang, 88300 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.”
  • Goods will be return by 1 on 1 basis upon receiving the damaged goods.
